Thrive Natural Care is a regenerative skincare company with a mission to make people and the planet better. The Founder and CEO, Alex McIntosh, created the company after he found a lack of affordable and effective natural skincare products. He also recognized the need for a better business model that considers the negative impact of consumer products on the environment. This led Alex to create a regenerative skincare business that utilizes superplants grown through regenerative farming practices to improve skin health, restore degraded lands, and improve the livelihoods of rural farmers.
Thrive Natural Care's unique business model has brought together a team of ecologists, skincare experts, entrepreneurs, ethnobotanists, and traditional herbalists from both the United States and Costa Rica. Thrive's core values include making the best skincare, leaving things better than they found them, inspiring customers through service and mission, and having fun.
